1) Contact me via the button above, which will send an email directly to me. Contact is confidential, and I am the only person who will see what you write.
2) I will reach back to you within 24 hours or so, for a brief chat (5 minutes, more or less), to answer any questions you may have, and to make sure that it seems like a good fit. At that time you may also make an appointment for your first session. I will request your email address, and will send you, via email, new client papers (which you can also download and print from here).
3) At the time of your appointment, I will be standing by, waiting for you to contact me via phone, or to join the call via Zoom (which you will receive a link for in advance). Either medium is fine for our session, and the choice is totally yours.
4) After your appointment, I will send you an invoice for the session, which can be paid using any kind of credit card, or by using a PayPal account, if you have one.
NOTE: You may feel free to have as many (or as few) sessions with me as you wish. Maybe you only need one session, to get some pressing issue resolved. Also, there is no rule about the timing of your sessions, it is 100% reliant upon your desires and needs. Some people like to have several sessions to get started, and then slow back a bit to digest and work with things. Other people like to stay in regular contact and have sessions more often, such as weekly or monthly. It’s all good.
